109: A Functioning Society, Hosted by Drucker Institute

In this one-hour workshop, participants will consider what they see as the core elements of functioning society and compare and contrast their ideas with Drucker’s. Then, through a series of activities—including a first-hand account from an individual who has personally confronted many of the gaps preventing us from achieving a more well-functioning society—participants will access insights and practical tools for closing those gaps through the prism of what we call the JODIE Values: Justice, Opportunity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity.
