The Hannibal Square Community Land Trust (HSCLT) is a not-for-profit, affordable housing developer in central Florida.  We provide opportunities for very low, low, and moderate-income families to secure housing through the community land trust model.  Our mission is to develop, rehab and preserve permanently affordable housing for low- to moderate-income families, and to promote financial education, economic inclusion and neighborhood stability.
